Sarabjit Singh

CEO

Sarabjit has over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry. In 2008, after eight years at Transbeam, an NYC-based internet service provider, Sarabjit left his position as Director of Enterprise IT Services to launch Five Rivers IT. He was soon joined by his longtime colleague and friend, Dmitry Feldman.

Together they developed a strong and robust offering of managed IT services. As an engineer himself, Sarabjit possesses a unique combination of technical and business acumen, providing a 360-degree perspective to our clients’ needs.

Sarabjit holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Applied Math and a Master in Computer Science, both from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Dmitry Feldman

Director, Infrastructure Services

Dmitry has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, including in-depth expertise in the technologies and solutions we offer our customers. He manages all infrastructure projects and our Hosted Services offerings. Dmitry also develops new product and service offerings to drive revenue and enhance service value.

Dmitry has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, from Pace University, and using his extensive experience and educational background in this field, he integrates complex technologies and creates affordable solutions for our customers.

Bill Trongone

Director, Managed Services

Bill joined Five Rivers IT in 2010 as a support engineer, leveraging excellent customer service experience from his years at Vonage. He was quick not only to learn our business but also to understand our clients and cultivate strong relationships. He was instrumental in evolving our managed services into the organized and scalable offering that it is today.

Bill oversees all of our Managed Services staff and is responsible for all the tools that enable our company to operate in the most efficient and professional manner.

Harpreet Chandok

CISO/Director, Compliance & Security Services

Harpreet is a successful executive with over 20 years of experience managing IT operations for businesses across a wide array of industry verticals.

Prior to joining Five Rivers IT as CISO in 2018, he held various top leadership positions, such as VP of Operations at Transbeam and Senior Relationship Manager at Oracle.

Harpreet is responsible for managing the company’s entire security products and services portfolio, including our vCISO and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services. He has a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a master’s in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Todd Heinold

Director, Business Development

Todd has over 25 years of experience driving growth at IT consulting technology companies. During this time, he held leadership positions in both direct and indirect sales, where he earned President’s Club honors and several other top performance awards.

Todd oversees all business development and sales initiatives, which are instrumental in delivering a consistent message to all our clients and adding new services to our portfolio. He is extremely passionate about introducing new technologies that help our clients stay ahead of the curve.

Todd has a Bachelor’s in Business Management/Marketing from Kean University.

Brett Pazian

Director, Operations

Brett leverages 12 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in managing and growing service delivery organizations. His expertise lies in managing day-to-day operations and overseeing service delivery to a variety of industry verticals.

Brett is highly experienced in building service delivery teams, protocols, and standards and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Cafo Boga

Senior Operations and Finance Executive

Cafo Boga, CPA, is a senior operations and finance executive with a stellar 25+ year career spanning multiple industries, including banking, investments, information technology, business process outsourcing, and real estate. He served as the COO of Oracle Financial Services until 2010. Prior to that, he held the roles of EVP/COO at LBS Bank, Comptroller/CFO at The National Bank of Kuwait S.A.K. in New York, and Audit Manager at KPMG.

Cafo applies his expertise in corporate management, accounting, and finance to help Five Rivers IT strengthen its finance and operations.

Jorge Garcia

President, North America/Global CFO

Jorge Garcia is the President of North America and Global CFO of Arcade Beauty, a leading global provider of end-to-end beauty solutions. Arcade Beauty is headquartered in NYC and has a global footprint, operating 12 facilities worldwide and supporting over 400 international beauty brands. Jorge joined Arcade Beauty in 2020 and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to drive shareholder value, communicate the company’s strategies and performance to the investor community, and support the company’s growth and return on investment goals.

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of RAB Lighting, Inc., a leader in the development of LED lighting and control systems, from 2017 to 2019, and at D&M Group, a global designer and manufacturer of premium audio products, from 2010 to 2017. Prior to that, he held several progressive roles at KPMG LLP. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jorge brings superior business acumen and experience to the Board of Five Rivers IT to assist with the evolution of its growth strategies.

John Manganiello

Managing Partner, Accelerate Partners

John Manganiello is a technology advisor with extensive experience in MSP/MSSP, cybersecurity, cloud computing and optimization, digital transformation, M365/Azure, financial services, private equity advisory, fintech/business applications, and governance, risk, and compliance. He has held senior sales leadership roles at RFA and Thrive, both global MSP/MSSP providers. He is currently a Managing Partner at Accelerate Partners, a cybersecurity and technology advisory firm.

John is a highly respected executive in the industry who contributes valuable insights to the Board of Five Rivers IT, assisting with the ongoing development of its growth strategies and the expansion of its service offerings.

Scott Strickland

Chief Commercial Officer, Wyndham Hotels

Scott Strickland is the Chief Commercial Officer at Wyndham Hotels. Prior to joining Wyndham, he was CIO at Denon & Marantz Electronics. Scott has been a pioneer in cloud transformation and modernizing supply chain systems using data-driven intelligence.

Earlier in his career, he held positions as Executive Director of IT at Nissan North America; CIO and VP of Information Services at Stanley Black & Decker; Associate Partner at IBM Business Consulting; Information Systems Manager at M&M/Mars; and System Analyst at Accenture.

Scott’s expertise in aligning technology with business strategy brings an unique perspective to the Board of Five Rivers IT in driving its enterprise services portfolio.
